1. Processing Time

- Custom and pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- We ship worldwide! International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
4. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you for reshipment options (additional shipping fees may apply).
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Reset and Relaunch LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please check with your local carrier for assistance.
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
- Pre-order and custom items have specific shipping timeframes noted in the product description.
- If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are available.
7. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
- During holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
